How to Use CVLogger®

Welcome! Here’s a quick guide to help you build a polished resume that showcases your unique background and skills.

Step 1: Register an Account

Click Register, enter your name, email, and password — done!

Step 2: Log In and Update Your Profile

Go to Profile and fill in:

  • Name, phone, professional summary
  • First / Middle / Last Name
  • Mark “Is student” or “Is scientist” if applicable
  • Click Save

Step 3: Add Awards

Click the green + → fill award details → Save. You can exclude any item from the final resume.

Step 4: Add Your Education

  • College, degree, major, graduation year
  • Option to include/exclude each entry

Step 5: List Your Coursework (only if “Is student” = Yes)

Add relevant courses that strengthen your application.

Step 6: Add Keywords

Essential for beating ATS! Add job-specific keywords here.

Step 7: Add Work Experience

Job title, company, dates, and achievements — use bullet points.

Step 8: Include Published Papers (only if “Is scientist” = Yes)

Add your research papers (beta — will appear in final resume soon).

Step 9: Add Professional Certificates & Affiliations

List certificate names and issuing organizations.

Step 10: Highlight Skills

Add technical and soft skills relevant to your target roles.

Step 11: Preview Your Resume

Go to Preview Resume → choose template → see your beautiful CV.

Step 12: Download & Share

Download, double-check, and send to recruiters!
